Excellent service. The gents who work here are very nice and helpful. They go above and beyond to help out where they can (… helped me out when my keys were locked in the car on the lot. Lol). Never had a problem here whatsoever. Trustworthy too…retrieved exactly my stuff I loaned on. Highly recommended! DebraSue

First off. I don't even have to ring the buzzer to get in? After having all those issues I walk in the place is spotless. There is alot of merchandise that I was free to browse without feeling hacked. Guess that's what cameras are for. After making my decision the service rep recommended an even better option that I three or more times originally refused I'm very glad to have taken his advice. You could clearly tell it wasn't to make a buck either. I'm sure he didn't loose one either but I appreciate his honesty. Treated with respect in a clean establishment with plenty to look at and buy.

These guys are decent and trustworthy. On two separate occasions they could have taken a very important family heirloom due to my own fault of being a couple of days late and both times they allowed me to continue paying instead of collecting and selling it. Those other places in town won’t give one bit of leniency, as I learned the hard way. If you need some help , go to Toledo Gold Exchange or else learn the hard way.

I have always had a positive experience at Toledo Gold Exchange and I highly recommend. The employees are helpful and friendly. Today I stopped in to have a few necklaces cleaned and I wish I would have taken before and after photos to share. I didn't expect them to clean up so well! Amazing results! Thank you!

My fiancé and I went here to look for a pair of gold hoop ear rings. The customer service was impeccable. They were very knowledgeable and were able to direct us to exactly what she was looking for. The prices were great and while she was searching for the jewelry I was able to make small talk with the manager about the store since this was our first experience at a pawn shop of any kind. He was very nice and made me feel like a valued customer. Needless to say I would recommend Toledo Gold Exchange to anyone and will definitely be purchasing from them again.

Excellent experience. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Very patient with me and everything I brought to sell. They were thorough and honest. I was surprised with their offer. They were nice enough to offer their pawning service rather than selling if any of my pieces were sentimental and I thought about keeping it. Very clean and organized store. Both workers were very courteous and friendly. Both were knowledgeable on what people were bringing in. I had recently moved to the area and was not familiar with where I could sell my unwanted jewelry. I read through the reviews for this place, and it convinced me to give them a shot. If I find anymore items while unpacking, I will definitely use them again. I highly recommend this company.

I was very impressed with the knowledgeable staff and friendly customer service. I had a prong replaced on a ring and it came back better than new and at a very, reasonable cost. We will be returning customers!
